Accomplishments

At Orangetheory Fitness, I supported marketing performance across 48+ locations, managing monthly budgets between $100k and $165k. I improved acquisition efficiency by refining paid media strategy, and funnel tracking, contributing to stronger lead quality and more consistent performance across markets. I also helped standardize marketing systems across locations, improving execution consistency and visibility into performance metrics.

My role focused on overseeing paid media strategy, creative direction, and performance tracking across channels including Meta, Google, and CTV. I built and maintained KPI frameworks to monitor conversion rates, and lead quality, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute campaigns. I also contributed to developing repeatable marketing processes that aligned teams across multiple locations.
Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives

I led the development and execution of strategic partnerships designed to drive both brand visibility and efficient lead acquisition. One example was a partnership with Susan G. Komen, where we ran a coordinated campaign across locations that generated a high volume of organic, high-quality leads while contributing positively to CAC during that period. The initiative also raised approximately $30,000 for the organization, creating measurable value for both the business and the partner.
